A panel including some of Ireland’s most respected business people has been assembled to judge the SCCUL Enterprise Awards 2016. The judging panel is chaired by Declan Dooley, Managing Director, Galway Independent. The deputy chairperson is Austin Sammon, Director, Audit & SME Services, Deloitte.

  • Following receipt of completed applications candidates may be called for preliminary interviews.
  • After the preliminary interviews finalists will be selected in each category and the judges will conduct a 2nd interview or pay a site visit to their company or business premises as appropriate.
  • Category winners will then be invited to attend a final interview to select the overall winner. In “X factor” style, the category judges will pitch their chosen finalists to the final judging panel after which each finalist will be interviewed.
  • The Judges reserve the right to re-categorise entries as appropriate.
  • The Judges’ decision is final.
  • Canvassing will disqualify.
